VRSF Exhaust question

Will be installing the exhaust soon..was wondering where this parts encircled goes to?..Thanks for the help !!

There is a brace under the car held on by 8 bolts. Those space it down so it doesn't hit the exhaust. It will be self explanatory when you look under the car.

Ok ,kinda spacers for the brace.do I also need to buy a longer bolts?how about the one circled in red where does it goes?

I would highly recommend replacing with the M3 components instead of the spacers. At least with my car being lowered it was already a scrape hazard. The M3 parts go on either side of the exhaust track and seem to do a better job of holding the back end steady during quick shifts.. 51618040751 on real oem. I think I paid around 100 bucks for a used set on eBay and it was definitely worth it. A lot cleaner look.
