Shop for manual swap
After searching for nearly two years, I recently bought a 2010 E91 with automatic transmission and plan to pay to swap in a manual transmission. Can anyone recommend a highly capable shop in/near Phoenix, Dallas, Denver, or Tennessee? I have a few leads from monitoring these boards over the years, but now the project is upon me! Thanks in advance.

Well, this guy is a bit further away, somewhere in Orlando I believe. He's done some amazing builds, my favorite being an e91 from N52 x-drive AT to N55 RWD MT. I'm probably going to reach out to him in the summer months. If you reach out to him, please post how it goes.

Kadunza in Knoxville is who I use for all my BMW work and they're excellent. It actually says on their site that they do manual conversions. Give them a toot!
