CSF radiator to boost leak?!

Had what I thought was a pinhole leak in upper radiator hose be confirmed as cracked radiator. Rather than replace with stock, I went with the CSF 7046 (Auto xmission version). Ordered the all aluminum beauty from ECS and had it installed. At the same time I updated MHD Option to Sport cooling from stock water pump parameters. 4 days have passed and temps are lower for oil,and transmission for far longer. Transmission would regularly hit 195-205F and have not seen 185 yet in the 4 days. What I have seen only on heavy 3rd or 4th gear pulls is Low boost code followed by disabled turbos safety net. I have MHD monitor (no logs yet) and when hitting 17.6lbs of boost I have triggered the error twice. Reset codes and all goes back to normal. Trying to isolate likely culprits. Taking car back to Indy this week for a smoke tracer test, had never had error prior to radiator replacement. Thoughts on culprits?
Running MHD stage 2+ 93 octane.

FMIC was most likely removed or at least disturbed. Start looking at those connections.

With the CSF radiator being bulkier I found it was rubbing against my lower cold side charge pipe coming off the FMIC. Eventually this kept causing my CP to blow off at the TB (was weird as never had CP blow off since install in 2012)

Here are some pics of a mates car who had similar issues (I also had same symptoms with rubbing A/C lines, need to install the LCI lines with added clearance..)
