Patriot docked in Bayonne on August 4th, cars unloaded that day, now comes the delay through U.S. Customs. According to my CA, my car is still at customs today, the 11th. Pretty slow...

Both. My CA told me to expect 7-10 days at the VPC and another 4-5 to ship it here. I hope he's talking about a worst-case scenario and not an average wait time.

I don't understand how you guys still didn't get your cars... Call your CA's or 800-578-5000 to see where the hell it is, mine has been at the dealership since last Thursday and is bieng PDI'd for this Thursday for pick up...

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that you are in NY and we're up here in RI, MA, etc... at least that's what i want to believe. I called my CA on Saturday morning again and i got the same answer. They can't see what's going on or they don't know why i hasn't updated yet.

My OC still stays "En Route" and it won't change it to the next option. I don't get it!

My CA informed me that as of August 11th my vehicle is still at customs. Does Harms have a number to call in the U.S. to track when or whether the car has cleared customs, and is on the way to VPC?

I talked to my CA today. He originally said that it was still listed as at the VPC in NJ but said the ETA on arrival was for today. He emailed me back about 2hrs later and said it was just updated and that my car was released to the shipping company and new ETA of the 16th. He said he would bet money it would get there tomorrow. ONE MORE DAY!!!

Ok guys so dealer calls me today at 930 in the morning and says that the car has arrived, I told him i didnt want them to touch it once it came in, so he asked if it was ok if they cleaned the inside, I said yes lol

I'm on my way now to pick it up. Also when i came home from work, I arrived to discover my hamann reps had arrived! AND I also found out that my college will be offering laundry services next year!!!! which is practically as exciting as getting the 335 lol, OK ILL BE BACK SOON WITH LOTS OF PICS!!!!
