Crunching Bouncing Sound

Hi all,
2011 328xi auto 108k
I recently changed the tranny oil. Shifting improved and no more shudder however the past couple of days while driving, I hear a crunch bouncing sound, which seems like it's coming from the front of the engine. It occurs intermittently. I can drive from home to work with no noise. Then on the way home from work I'll hear that sound here and there. It's as if something is bouncing around inside the torque converter. I checked under the hood and everything looks normal. Any advice on what to look for or check, will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance..
