That's wilawok's ride.
I asked him about them, they sand back a litte bit of the rubber from the rim and then paint them, apparently it's 130 or so for all 4 wheels. Looks alright to me.

my jurys still out, it would make sense if they didnt leave a gap, as to say that the white strip was stuck to the rim in order to make it look like it has a larger diameter, but there is a bit of tyre in between

Thanks Sherweeny. It's a good car but you need a drive day like this to really experience their full potential.

I am sometimes on the M2. If I am driving from Castle Hill to Gladesville or the city I will normally take it.

It's actually 2 stripes around it, one white, one a coffee/mocha colour. I thought it looked pretty good in person.
