$1,600 "option credit"

I see that CCC is showing a $1,600 option credit on 2010 E9x models. Dealers are advertising this as a "free automatic transmission" but the credit can apparently be applied to any model regardless of transmission:

The OPTION CREDIT/FACTORY TO DEALER REBATE applies to deliveries between February 4, 2010 and March 1, 2010. Please note; this credit may be advertised as Free Automatic Transmission and is available on all vehicles, regardless of transmission. This credit can be combined with any other available factory incentive (including lease and finance rates); except for the Alternate Cash Back Rebate, if available, and is applied to the before tax amount. Please consult your dealer for further details.

Weird that CCC just notified me about this update, and it expires on Monday. Wonder if there will be some similar incentive on 2010 models delivered in March / April.

MY SA told me about this credit. They applied it on my order and I pickup my car on Monday

2010 328i X Drive E90

Sure helps on the monthly payment

This credit is available on all E90 (excluding M3) and E91 regardless of transmission.

I'm thinking it will stick around till next month.

unfortunately, i find out programs when you do =P
or maybe 1 hour before.

We'll have new programs tomorrow....should be before 11AM.

I'm not sure when we'll get pricing though. I'm hoping we'll get it tomorrow along with the new programs.

to further update you on March programs, the $1600.00 no charge automatic credit has stuck around and in ADDITION to that they have added $1000.00 delivery credit!

NOW is the time to pick up your new car!
