e92/e93 m sport foglight alternative (PICTURES)
Hey guys! I made a thread a month or so ago regarding a foglight delete option for either your 335is convertible or just any other m sport coupe/convertible. I just pulled the trigger and bought the same exact intake cooler outlet (I really have no idea what you call them). I wanted to share with everyone the part number for the items you will need. By the way i bought mine on getbmwparts com.
51118050623 RETAINER FRAME, $33.27 51118050624 RETAINER FRAME, $33.27 51118050585 AIR OUTLET COVER $23.78 51118050586 AIR OUTLET COVER $23.78 I bought all four items for around $120 shipped and I got a $10 discount for a 4th of July sale Last edited by alexgosh; 07-23-2013 at 09:14 PM.. |

This is really cool man! Been contemplating getting my fogs removed in favor of something, err, more functional. I think the PPK stage 2 is the same idea no? (At least on one side).

Wow, I like that a lot more. Any idea if there is a similar option for an m3 rep bumper?

Only trouble is they don't look as though they let air through them, though can't really tell from the pics- would be cool if they functioned like air dams. |

The only thing that would stop me from doing this would probably be resale- the foglights are a paid option, and would be valuable for a private sale (however nominal )
I wonder, how did you address the fogs and housings/ wiring etc? I am not going to lie, I am VERY TEMPTED to have someone do this for me bro... |
