Turbo flutter

Hi my 320d m47 2007 is getting worse

Recently my car started with the turbo flutter its getting worse over the last couple of days.
Its also lost power in 1st and 2nd its dangerous to pull out into traffic unless the gap is massive and sometimes on boost i get black smoke out the back
Any ideas where to look first
Thanks in advance
