E92 Lowering advice?

Hey peeps, so this is my first time lowering her (any car for that matter!).
I bit the bullet and bought a set of Eibach pro's springs (Coilovers in due course ) for my E92 320d.

From other forums I'm getting that it's normal for the front to sit higher on Msport springs?? In addition, to add around 10mm from Msport spring height when lowering?

Upon measuring the gap between the tyre and arch I got:
Front 35/40mm & Rear 25/30mm. The Eibach lowers it by F35mm R25mm.
My question is, I shouldn't get any rubbing or more or less no gap should I?

Sadly the end of my drive has quite a sharp drop when entering the pavement/road. At the moment I am able successfully enter/leave without scraping, providing I go at an angle (that's with a front splitter on too).

Thanks guys
