In terms of "hard" , we measured that they would contribute an equivalent of 56 lb/in in equivalent spring rate, versus around 15 for the oe bushings. So around 4 times stiffer. That is also the reason they are very hard to press in. We also had trouble until we figured out the trick. The pic I posted has two Group N pressed in. That was the first one we did so there's a couple of scuffs but now we're good...

And that increases your rear spring rate?

Does anyone know the part numbers for the bolts and nuts when installing these? Just purchased new megan arms and would like to install new hardware along with it. Thanks in Advance
