Description:
I absolutely love this car, but I bought it as a commuter and I just don’t commute that much anymore. So I’m going back to driving a stick shift. That’s really the only reason I’m selling this car.

This is an extremely rare example of the “Performance Edition” 4-door E90 335i. This was a very small run of cars that came from the factory with the BMW PPK (Performance Power Kit) pre-installed, which adds 20 horsepower and 35 ft-lbs of torque (for 320hp / 335tq total - this thing GOES!). This package also adds an even sportier “Sport” mode with lightning-fast shifts and exhaust burble/pop/crackles (only when in sport mode). They also came with black front kidney grilles to match the rest of the black trim. It’s basically the 4-door version of the 335is. On top of that, this car has the M-Sport and Premium Packages.

You all know how great E90's are so I don't need to explain much more... I will just say that this car is incredibly powerful but also extremely smooth and quiet on the freeway - and I still get 26mpg combined driving. On the freeway for long drives I get 29-30mpg! I just don’t know of any other car that can do all of these things so well - performance, comfort, and economy. It's also been extremely reliable - way, way better than my previous E46.

It’s garaged in Sebastopol in the North Bay Area (CA) but I work in San Francisco 1 day each week (Tuesdays), so if you live in SF, you could check it out there also. If you are interested in buying remotely, let me know. I'm happy to work with your shipper.

Condition:
Excellent mechanical condition. Engine / transmission run perfectly and shift smooth. No leaks. Spotless engine bay. Suspension is tight and firm with no squeaks, clunks or rattles. AC blows ice cold. There’s really not much to say - it runs perfectly. Has been maintained by North Bay Bavarian in Santa Rosa, CA - an excellent BMW shop.
Flawless interior.
A few scratches on the exterior as is normal for its age/mileage. Nothing severe. See pics for condition. The front bumper has some parking/curb rash on the lower edges from the previous owner. This is well shown in the pictures. Light curb rash on a few wheels. I've made every effort to clearly document any flaws in the "scratches" folder in the Google Drive link above.

Recent work:
Oil & Filter Change (May 2022 @ 69,000mi)
Valve Cover Gasket (Jan 2022 @ 66,000mi)
Plugs + Coils replaced with OEM (Jan 2022 @ 66,000mi)
Battery (Nov 2020 @ 56,800mi)
Brake fluid flushed (Nov 2020 @ 56,800mi)
Ceramic window tint (clear on front passenger windows, none on front windshield, 30% on rear windows)

Wheels/Tires:
Bridgestone Driveguard tires installed in 2019 @ 44,600mi, one rear replaced due to flat May 2022 @ 69,300mi, all still have good tread
225/40/R18 front
255/35/R18 rear
10mm Burger Motorsports spacers on all 4 wheels
Front brakes: 5mm (66,000mi)
Rear brakes: 6mm (66,000mi)

Hey, just got one of these today from the auction. 2011 finished in Alpine White, Auto, Black interior, and is a performance edition. Mine has 92k miles but is in pristine condition just like yours. Wondering how much you sold yours for? I'm going to keep mine but just wanted to gauge the price because im pretty sure I got mine for an absolute steal. Thanks

Congrats on finding one! They're amazing cars. I sold this one for $17k. Would have kept it if it was a 6-speed manual. This car taught me that I just really hate driving automatics

Wow what a great sell. Im going to sell mine soon so I was looking around and came back to this thread. Somehow didn't see your response back then, but I appreciate the info! The car was a great daily and extremely reliable.
