Fs: 09 bmw e92 n54
It has been a long road with this amazing platform and beautiful car, but its time for me to move on and get something new. I am hesitant but I think this will be the right decision for me. I am putting up my 2009 BMW N54 E92 (AT) up for sale. I have been the original owner since I bought it from the McKenna BMW dealership back in July 4th 2009. The car has always been babied and it shows. I still get constant complements anytime I drive the vehicle. Its in my opinion the cleanest and most well maintained car on the market. Why is that? Because, I have maintained it thinking Id keep her indefinitely but now with a new car on the way I dont think its practical. Clean title. 130,XXX miles. I spent around $12,000 a couple years back getting the car into tip top shape and recently, as of yesterday, spent another $1,700 to replace front ST coilover struts and top hat, along with re‐painting of the front bumper, and dialing in the MHD tune for flawless drivability paired with the transmission tune. Not to mention the tens of thousands of dollars put into the car since ownership. All work has been done by either Speedlogic or LTBMW both of which are highly known and recognized indy shops in the N54 world. Im going to do my very best to list all the modifications and maintenance / repairs / imperfections that come to mind but please feel free to ask if I have swapped out item X or whatever as I am completely transparent and wish to pass this beautiful build along to someone who not only appreciates it but will take care of it for the years to come. Modifications: Exterior: Amuse Erikson front bumper freshly painted as of last month (February 2022) in order to repaint over and scrapes that a low car would have, etc. New BMW headlights painted black on the inside with the OSS design LED day time running lights aka angel eyes. Done about 2 years ago via LTBMW. Vorsteiner front hood painted Alpine white. New front windshield as of 4 years ago due to the original being chipped on the highway by some truck hauling little rocks SMH. Gloss black painted roof. Front windshield top strip tint (5%), front windows (20%), rear windows and windshield tinted (5%). M3 side skirts ACS CF rear windshield spoiler DD CF trunk with molded ducklid style, custom painted to expose certain CF elements, Namely the license plate area and the rim of the ducklid. Mtech rear bumper with quad rear diffuser. LCI taillights Custom 20 DPE R16 wheels (2 piece), with tires. I believe the current set up is 235s in front with 275s in the rears. No rubbing. Staggered set‐up, with custom offsets. No spacers! Black CF BMW roundels Lighting / Electrical: LED license plate lights LED interior lights LED door panel sill lights Black tinted LED side markers Suspension: ST coilovers (front struts and top hat replaced March 2022), rear struts are in excellent condition). M3 front control arms, upper & lower (2021) Adjustable front sway bar end links (2021) (N) tie rods (2021) Interior: Red push to start button Red M steering wheel button CF E‐brake CF tranny overlay DEH 80‐PRS head unit (2) 12 subwoofers, custom box set‐up in trunk with mono‐channel amp Upgraded interior speakers (highs) with 4‐channel amp Sound system kill switch installed in trunk Gray poplar BMW dash interior Performance: MHD flash JB4 tune with JB4 mobile Bluetooth connect kit Xhp transmission flash FMIC Pure Turbos Stage 2 DCIs VRSF DPs (currently off the car, so that it will pass smog when purchased however will be included in the cars purchase) Full downpipe back custom exhaust done. Quad tips. VRSF chargepipe with Tial BOV NGK cold spark plugs Turbo inlets and outlets BMS OCC BMS upgraded PCV valve Tuned by Speedlogic (latest tune March 2022) So basically FBO + Pure Stage 2 turbos. I hope Im not forgetting anything here, but the only thing left to do performance wise would be fueling. Either getting a LPFP kit to run some E85 blend or going full out with injectors, HPFP, etc. to achieve 100% E85. Car pulls like a freight train with 0 bogging down, 0 codes being thrown. Maintenance: Walnut shell blasting done twice, last time was at around 110,000 miles. (Eliminates carbon buildup on intake valves) Oil changes routinely done twice a year (Motul 8100 X‐Cess 5w40 oil) Thermostat replaced Water pump replaced All belts replaced (Serpentine belt, etc.) Gaskets replaced (Oil filter housing, valve cover, oil pan, oil cooler, etc.) HPFP replaced Fuel injectors replaced Vanos solenoids replaced All vacuum lines replaced Belt tensioner, idler pulleys replaced Front crank hub, friction discs, tensioner washer, etc. replaced Front seal replaced Coolant flush, brake flush, transmission flush (with new pan gasket and mech sleeve) Engine air filter replaced Boost control solenoids replaced Power steering fluid flushed and replaced Rear main seal checked and okay Brake pads are OK Replaced brake rotors (2020) Cabin air filter replaced Battery replaced (2021) I hope Im not forgetting anything but reach out if there are any specific questions. The vehicle went a full inspection as of March 2022 by Speedlogic. Things to look into for the future / stay on top of: Coolant hoses should be replaced in the next year Update: 7/2022 Front brakes need to be replaced THATS IT! Imperfections: The drivers seat has a little gash in it, about 1 or so. Not very noticeable Wheel have some curb rash, and could be re‐finished (powder coated or painted) for a stellar appearance Passenger door handle has melted, typical BMW Passenger window tint has a ½ gash, not noticeable Update 7/2022 Front bumper got slightly chipped at the bottom, for perfect finish re-paint is recommended. THATS IT! This was a very long and drawn out post I had to type but I wanted to be as detailed as possible. I may have missed some little things but the majority of everything is here. Like I said Im completely transparent and am willing to answer any questions you may have. The car drives perfectly and is in excellent condition. 0 codes being thrown, and car drives amazingly. As you can see the car has been very well maintained as I am the only and original owner of the vehicle. The car has never been tracked. It has been babied from the beginning like stated above. Car is a head turner and looks like it just came out last year. Paint is in great condition, just needs a good detail and youre good to go! Car is located in Long Beach, CA and is garage kept. (Willing to negotiate reasonably, but no low ball offers, please) *Considering there are similar mileage cars going for $13,000 with multiple owners, no clear vehicle service history, and bone stock Id say this is a steal. *Note: CF front bumper splitters are no longer on the vehicle, as they were stolen a few months ago They can, however be re-purchased through **********s!
