My goal is about 12.0 - 12.2. Possible with fmic, Dp, and a protune for a 335i? I would think that removing the cat after the dp and getting dci would help but I am trying to keep the stock exhaust note while also not modifying the intake. I would if I have to though. |

I havec a few quick questions if its ok.
1. For stage 2+ aggressive, do you need down pipes along with the FMIC? (Hoping FMIC is all ill need) 2. Whats the best way to get accurate data logs? (Leave the AP installed for several hours of driving under different driving conditions?) 3. Am I crazy, but it seems the more I drive the car, the more it drives and performs better? 4. When monitoring temp, what is considered safe? It's pretty cool here in Chicago (40's) and I am a few notches below 250. Thanks! Christian

Hi guys,
Someone here in the forum said that it takes him from 5 to 10 minutes to change the map. It takes me only ~ 1.5 minute to change maps, do you think there is something wrong with my device or maps? Thank you. |

No that sounds about right. Mine doesn't take 5 minutes either. Maybe they are counting the time it takes to go find the AP in their house, get a quick glass of water, drop a deuce, then go back to the car and flash the map?

Does anyone know if it is safe to use launch control running Stage 1+ Aggressive?
I know BMW's aren't the greatest from a launch, but I love the feature on the 335is. I just want to make sure I don't ruin anything while doing it. |

With that said, there are a lot of 335is out there launching their asses off(@Buraq) and they aren't having many issues.

I have done some reading on this but I was almost a little shocked,
So this morning I went from Stage 2+ ST Sport to Stage 2+ LT sport (6MT), and I am not sure what to think about it. I let the car worm up the whole drive to work so my oil would be at full temp. So once the car was all heated up, I turned traction controll off and I punched it in 2nd, with it being only -4C/25F I expected the tires to brake loose but nothing the car just went and had full traction. Seamed odd to me. Is it normal for the car to feel/act that differant between ST and LT? car felt smooth but just didn't seam to have raw power. |

That's a very normal reaction to the linear throttle mapping. It's not nearly as fun lol

I've been getting the p30ff code whenever I push my car under WOT. I've had my fmic and intakes over a year now and they ran great when I had procede so I don't think it's a loose connection. I'm still running the stock charge pipe and diverter valve though, would changing these 2 fix that you guys think?

Running stage 1+ FMIC aggres LT on my 335is. Pulls like a champ but sounds like a stuffed-up pig grunting and groaning loudly. More rattles coming from the engine than an daycare center. 9,000 miles on the car, Dinan FMIC & Oil Cooler installed. Attempted a log...think I did it right but don't see any timing corrections? Is that possible? Any input would be appreciated.

Let's be sure we are good with sport. Then we will try aggressive again. When was the last time you changed your plugs?
