I don't think they look good on an E90, especially being 19". There are plenty of other BMW wheels that would compliment the platform.

If we're sticking with OEM wheels, I'd say the 437M looks way better on an E90 than the 666M does for 19s. https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1159628 For 18s, the 513M - but hard to come by and usually pricy. https://wheelwell.com/posts/3b4f/finally-got-some-new-wheels-for-my-e90-335i.-theyre-oem-513m... FYI, both of the above are forged, meaning not only look great, but strong and relatively light weight. |

Most reps are typically low quality cast and tend to be heavy and bend/crack easily, so if there's a BMW wheel that you like, I'd stick with the factory ones and not replicas.
As for aftermarket, look for what you like style wise and try to pick something that is "rotary forged", sometimes referred to as flow formed or some other wording, different brands use different terminology. This is a manufacturing process that takes a cast wheel and makes it stronger/somewhat lighter than just a cast wheel. Apex is a good brand that's popular with BMWs for quality and cost. ESR has a couple of good options with the RF1 and RF2, both of which are rotary forged and very economical as far as decent quality wheels go. Those are just a couple of options. As for 18 vs 19, that's really up to you. I have the 437Ms on my E92 and I love the look of 19s on the car. At the same time, I like the meatier look you can get with 18s and beefier tires. Keeping overall tire diameters the same, 18s should provide a slightly softer ride and possibly better traction. 19s will be a little stiffer, but should offer slightly better handling and crisper turn in and feedback - these are obviously generalizations and will vary depending on tire choice. In either case, you should avoid run flats and devise a plan of action should you ever encounter a flat tire - source a suitable spare and tools to keep in the trunk, AAA, Fix-A-Flat... As for width and offset specs, look for 8-9" for the front and 9-10" for the rear. Offsets in the mid 30s are generally safe as far as fitment goes. Tire widths will generally be 235-245 in front and 265-275 in the rear. Again, these are general fitment specs and what most go with when switching up their wheel/tire specs from stock. You'll have to figure out what look you like and find specs to meet that. |

BMW OE is best for this. Fitment is perfect and they are proper forged wheels. I got mine for $1k USD plus shipping, shop around in the M3/M4 section and they come up from time to time.

We will see how your suspension reacts to those after hitting potholes, rough roads and the sheets of metal covering road work.
