BMW Floating Center Caps

As many of you know, BMW owns Rolls Royce, and the RRs are known for their floating center caps that keep the logo upright, even when driving. Apparently BMW has made these as an accessory for our cars, and I have a set for my Style 189s. They're gimmicky, sure, but I get a giggle out of them. Install is easy, use a plastic trim tool to pop out the center caps and put the new ones in.

$80 from any dealer online.

Good find, just not my thing. I will say for some one looking for an easy mod this is a good option!

I bought a set for my brother.

they are amusing.
it's just a weight on a ball bearing supported badge.
but at least when you walk up to your car all the badges are oriented the same way and right side up.

which assuages our OCD.

It was certainly a nice change of pace after doing CIC/Combox/reverse camera retrofit on an E93. Zero knuckles skinned.

I've got them on my daily wheels. They're fun little things. My originals were all chewed up and I was replacing them anyway - that's how I rationalized these lol.
