Turbo Install Gone Wrong?

Just finished replacing both turbos on my e92 335i with brand new oem from mitsubishi, primed the turbos and everything but when i started the car, it was running very rough and there is a small amount of white smoke coming out the tailpipe. There is also smoke from the turbo area but i believe thats from spilled coolant. Heres a short video. Im going to check the spark plugs today but does anyone have any idea what could be the cause of this?

Any check engine light or did you try scanning for any codes?
Double check all wiring and connections ? The smoke under hood could be the oil or coolant burning off, that should clear up.

Couldn’t hurt to scan and see if something pops up. Did you double check all vacuum and electrical connections ? O2 sensors plugged in correctly etc.

I will tonight. Would the o2 sensors cause that? I had them labeled and dont know how i would be able to tell now that they are plugged in correctly

Check that o2 connectors are plugged in fully and o2 are in the correct spot, although I would think you'd get a CEL/SES light. Also check that the coil connectors are fully seated, I've had a rough idle on a few peoples cars when a coil connector wasn't fully seated.

If you swapped the front O2 and rear O2 plug.

I read somewhere that the o2 sensor with the black wire goes to the front turbo so i tried swapping them and got like 5 codes relating to o2 sensor, so it seems i had it installed correctly before. Couldnt check spark plugs since apparently i need a special socket for it but i did notice that there was a lot of condensation or water inside the downpipes. Is this normal? It may have also seeped in when i spilled coolant on the turbo

Sounds like you haven't really just let the car idle for awhile to burn off whatever may be causing the issue. If it continues to burn after more than 10min or so then I'd worry about things.
