VSRF exhaust not for x-drive?

I have had the VSRF exhaust on my list from the beginning but I just found out it has to be modified for the 335xi? (e92)

So what is the modification?

Is there other lightweight options for the e92 335xi? I think the VSRF has the best price point and simplicity. Especially with the interchangeable race pipe for track days.

From what I under stand a 3" long piece needs to be cut out after the first bend and added to before the first bend. I would try looking for images or on you tube. Or hell, email vrsf

Correct it will not fix the xi without having an exhaust shop modding it. There is some cutting and welding a custom piece to have it clear the transfer case. I honestly wouldn't bother, fitment is everything. I have the Corsa exhaust on my xi and fitment is not good. The pipe is too big for the rear crossmember.
I may go with the Cobb setup next. Similar style
To the vrsf sport, but I hear fitment is good on the xi.
