which rear brakes for my car?

I am looking on real OEM and there are two options. Which one is for my car? It's a 2006 320D ES.

Its very unlikely 320d rear disc be 336mm.

My 320i is 300mm but I could be surprised.

If your car is optioned with S102A (officials utility vehicle), then it's the 336mm ones. I think that's highly unlikely though!

The standard fit is he 300mm disc.

Use the last 7 characters of your vin (eg FG89708) with a vin decoder to check which options your car has.

P.S. Or just get a tape measure out and measure the discs on your car.

I worked it out eventually using eBay and pictures. In the brakepad section on Real OEM there is no mention of sizes so I had to go by the images.

What is a officials utility vehicle?

I'm confused again....

I think I ordered wrong pads.

It showed as suitable for my car but on Real OEM they are for the official utility vehicle.

Are they wrong pads?

This is what I ordered: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MEYLE-025...53.m2749.l2649

An officials utility vehicle is probably intended to be heavy for some reason - I'm not sure what the difference actually is, but I think it's a fairly safe bet that yours isn't.

It does look from the part numbers on eBay and realoem that those are the wrong pads...

34216775678 is the part number on realoem, this number cross references with the pads in your ebay link.

It does look like they are wrong. Seller has the right ones too, I'll ask if he can swap them. Everything else I ordered looks alright.

Thanks for clarifying this for me, I doubt I would have noticed before I had it all off and ready to fit. You saved me from a lot of stress.
