Passenger Xeon not working right

Hi everyone!

I have a e90 2007 and I got some headlight problem. I have the pre-lci adaptive xenon.

My passenger side xenon doesn't stay on, it keep turning off. Its not my headlight cuz it happen on my driver side headlight if I swap it. I haven't found a lot info on internet.
Ive tested ground on passenger side and I looked ok, check the wire on the headlight connector and they looked ok too exept 6 wich show copper but it's for the Xeon shutter (I think?)
Any input will be appreciate,

Thank you!

Forgot to mention, swapped everything including the whole headlight assembly and it stays on passenger side. I'm guessing some problem with the wiring or FRM but I can't find any info on How to test if

Your passenger headlight works if you plug it into the driver side connector?

Does anything happen on the passenger side?
Xenon flickers? Or the bulb doesn’t turn on at all?

Odd. I was going to suggest reseting the frm short circuits, but it must be getting intermittent power.

Any changes if you wiggle the headlight wire loom?

I tried wiggling it to see if there's some connection that doesn't make it but it doesn't changed anything. There my cable #6 on the connector that is cracked and show copper but It's for the Xeon shutter so it shouldn't affect. (I think ?)

If you remove the tape from the harness, is there any other cracked wires with missing insulation?
How does the pigtail connector look on the inside?

I found some exposed copper from the ground that I put electric tape on. Seems to stay on longer (or placebo?) but still turn off after a few seconds. I noticed my #3 wire on the connector can just pull out of the connector. I think it's the low beam xenon wich is what I'm having problem with. I guess I'll have to buy another connector

Plug the light into the connector and hold that loose wire in its place and see if the light stays on.

Those pins have some sort of dang that can usually be bent back into position so the pin stays inside the connector.

They also sell the pins by themselves, so you can repair that single pin instead of splicing in a whole new connector. Use some electrical cleaners on the connector too.

I held it and it seems to work fine but I went to turn on my car and move my steering wheel and it goes off sometimes. There other wire that are cracked, should I replace the whole connector ?
Do you know the parts number for the connector pin ?

Yea, if it’s barely being held in there, any slight movement could knock it out of place.

Same connector/pins.
Pin location within the connector is different.

Be careful when you pull the connector shell from that Passenger headlight. They are easily broken. Ask me how I know.

Not sure if you are changing the connector on the harness side or the housing side though. Please let me know how this comes out. I have large scale retrofit I've done and looking for anything I might have botched while inside the housings.

Good luck with the repair!
