Are you just running a base map right now? I'm on a base map from Ken for the stage 2s, but don't feel any faster than FBO RFP stage 3. I imagine once i open this sucker up and send in some logs it will be great. I imagine Ken has me on a super conservative base.
what does ken have your target psi set at when at 100% throttle position? i was peaking at 17.5 psi originally and it pulled like crazy but it was too much demand on my car for the current setup so i had my boost turned down to 15 psi peak and its much more manageable. Just picked car up from dealer and its 35 and raining here right now, im rwd, 0 traction haha

i will post at my first oil change (3000 miles) and let everyone know whats gooooood. I know these wont last forever but right now i feel like i got my money's worth

Between the rain and work, I haven't been able to do a proper pull and log. Plus I need to find a place I can floor it to 85 and not get a ticket. Funny thing is, since I've put the car back together, the whole car is smoother. Used to have a slight steering wheel vibration that's gone now, and can barely feel it on with the new engine mounts. It's a nice feeling to see 'check ok' and no codes on a12 year old bmw

So looks like 20psi is the target right now. Did my first pull at lunch time. Kept it off of the kick down.

You dont have enough low pressure fuel to support 20 psi, you hit 54 on the low pressure sensor at 4100rpm. Anything under 60 is too low.

Also, you kept it off the kick down, but your pedal position was only 50-60% through the run so this log doesnt really tell us much.

Looks like u smacked the pedal at 2800rpm and had full spool by 3600 tho so thats good

Yeah the kick down was screwing with me so i wanted to stay off of it, so I guess throttle position after kickdown counts towards that 100%. That's annoying....need to turn that off. I see that the LPFP is not liking things, and need to get a stage 2 bucket in there as well as upgrade to a vrsf race IC

just checked my last posted log. yur spool took about 800 rpm and mine 700 rpm but you spooled to 21 psi peak and me only to 18 so those results are in good agreement with one another. Thats pretty good spooly boy response!

if i remember correctly, MHD has an option to disable kickdown on ATs so u can just mash pedal and not worry about it

Unnecessary.
It was mine that failed. I don't have any information as to why just yet so I will post back when I have that information.
what happened to your turbos man?! surely you must have some type of update by now

Update: The shop that did my install called and let me know what has happened. Rear Turbo seal blew because the VRSF inlet that was only a few weeks old had collapsed. Shawn from DAW replaced the Turbo anyway, free of charge. The shop is also knocking some $$$ off the re-install of the new turbos in inlets.

Not gonna lie.. I think that's huge. In my emails with Shawn, he specifically stated this type of failure and that it was "not his fault and why would he be liable?"

The fact that he still replaced it speaks volumes in my opinion. It could just be that he felt the pressure because of how visible the case is, but even so, the guy put his money where his mouth is.

Glad the shop is giving you a discount.. if they improperly installed the inlet that should be a given.

I agree, he didn't have to replace them or he could have fought it. In the end, he is trying to make money while putting out a product people have a need for, not trying to scam people.
I'm just happy to get my baby back this Friday so I can put her in storage.

Relocated with the aluminium parts. The who VRSF kit sucks balls but no one really offer that nice of a kit except Turner but that kit is WAY overpriced.
About $1700 https://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-5...5i/?pdk=AQIDCQ

I don't know if you can do anything to avoid this except make sure there is not kink of pull on the pipe.

I was all about the aluminum relocated inlets untill i installed them. So many pieces. Now im paranoid the coupler will collapse :

I’ve had multiple turbo manufacturers recommend the RB OEM locations inlets as the best they’ve seen/used.

is it strange how you are consistantly holding 1.5psi over boost target?
