Hello gurus of e90,

I've installed an M performance wheel v2 and can't get it to work in my 2011 335i. The wheel powers up when the car is started, and if you time it just right by holding the buttons down just after the startup i can get it to turn on, but after that the buttons stop working and the rev indicator lights never come on.

I have it wired to a constant source for power, other than that followed the directions to the letter. Or so thought....

Took it to a dealer who insisted it needed to be coded, reluctantly I went along with that and of course that didn't fix the problem.

Anybody have any ideas on why I can't get this thing to work?
