tyre pressure warning wont initialise

Hi I have a 56 plate 330i E91 among the various problems I am now receiving warnings about brakes/Anti lock system and tyre inflation. These all started at the same time just the other day. I am not loosing brake fluid so no leaks I checked the tyres they are all ok. The tyre pressure warning system will no longer initialise, when I try the tick does not appear in the little box so it does not reset.
I guess the Anti lock issue could be a sensor but its odd that both have failed at the same time could this be a controller of some type.

Thanks

Martin

When I was getting warnings about brakes/Anti lock system and tyre inflation it was a reluctor ring hitting the ABS sensor. But I had no problems resetting the tyre pressure monitoring. So maybe you have a different problem.

I expect it is your ABS pump that has failed. They all do it eventually. The brushes in the motor swell and no longer work as intended.

There are a number of companies that offer refurbishment.

I had these warnings last year for ABS, DSC, tyre pressure, etc and it was an ABS wheel speed sensor, get a code reader to tell you which one, cost me £50 for a new one, problem solved.

TPMS have an average battery life of 7 years. They might be at fault or the radial ring has failed over time.

The E9X uses the ABS wheel speed sensors, there are no pressure monitors.
