I am assuming you have followed BMW maintenance and the car has had only one oil change based on the kms? Any interior pictures?

Yes all scheduled maintenance has been completed...
Oil changes have been done on a yearly basis and NOT the recommended 25k by bmw
Just had the final BMW inspection completed with nothing to repair except apparently wipers... other then that SA said car was mint...

Final Days for car to be sold.......
If not sold will trade back to dealer...
MAY PART OUT SPLITTERS AND SPOILER IF SENDING BACK....
I cant believe people are paying serious dealer premiums for way worse cars....
Lets move this.........

I don't think it is necessarily the case of people paying dealer premiums for the same car. The E90 is ending its life cycle so I have to think the market is starting to get thin. That's why I am waiting until the F30 M3 comes out and then I'll sell my car. I'm not under any illusions that I'll be getting a lot for my car at that time... That's life unfortuneately.

p.s. good luck with your sale

Ya the market for this car is going to be tough as everyone is anticipating the F30.... im just moving mine cuz I wanted something different and newer and know that grabbing an F30 335 right away will be to costly and not worth it IMO for me...
IMO im thinking that the F30 will not be highly discounted and financing and lease rates will be probably be in the 4.9% range... making it a little more difficult for most to jump at initially and in turn turn to previous years models allowing BMW to still ask an aggressive price for E90s
I dont see E90 models falling drastically in price maybe 2k within the next 6-8 months
Its a hard spot because the economy is so volatile and no one knows how well received the new model will be and pricing that it will fetch...
It could kill the e90 market with initial deals and incentives or aid it with its high rates and pricing....only time will tell
Sometimes I question keeping my cars in such good condition because most times its a lose lose battle when trying to move them because VERY FEW appreciate it......most people looking want to give BB value..
BUt hey thats the price you pay for buying a depreciating good...
