Unhappy Reseated battery and lost all power

Not very long ago, I replaced my battery, rear junction box, and main relay because I had no power, and it was fine for a few months until last night when I replaced the IBS due to a communication error. The battery was not fastened down, so I lifted and moved it around a bit to be able to get it in the right spot. I attached the new IBS/Neg cable, and did not get a few big sparks when it first connected. I have no power anywhere now.

I tried my old junction box and old IBS after that and it's still behaving this way, the battery is fine (12.67v, but dropped to 12.56v overnight). I'm still not getting those big electric sparks from the neg pole whenever I attach the cable (just a few very small static electricity size sparks. I must have damaged something while reseating the battery. Does anyone know what could've happened? I have a multimeter for testing.

Is the cable at the battery pushed all the way down
on the terminal before you tighten tension screw.

Is there 12 volts at all the connection points on the battery distribution box and under the hood.

Did you pull out or break any of the cables on the battery distribution block ?
Is the IBS still attached and serial bit data line still attached.

Yes, the cables were pushed all the way down on both terminals. There is the same 12.56v at both points on the battery distribution block. The IBS is still attached with the data line as well. I tried detaching the IBS from the distribution block and serial bit line.

Can you tell me where to check under the hood?

Can you tell me which fuses to check? Also, I'm not sure how to check the main 4 pronged Terminal G fuse.

I just tested it under the hood on the jump posts, and that read and held the same as the others, 12.56v.

How about check in power at the fuse box behind the Glove.
Then at the OBD port.

What about on the other side of the exploding link

The exploding link sounds like a major possibility because I was pretty rough with the positive connection. Is there any way to test it?

Should be easy enough to check with and ohmmeter.
Or you could just check the voltage at both ends when its plugged
in.

I'll check the voltage at both ends, didn't even think of that. Thanks!
