jees, you're so close to Tischer living in Mont Co. I'm on my 3rd car from Tischer, and always service my cars there. TOP NOTCH. highly recommend. once you get this garbage straightened out, go to Tischer.

I hear you talking about how great Toyota is, but short story: my IS350 had damage on 2 separate occasions when bringing the car to Lexus for service. it's all dealer dependent.

Good luck, they need to step to the plate and fix this PERIOD.

The thing that amazes me was, the dealer went to extreme lengths to please the OP, we have never had somebody drop off a loaner and pick up the car for a service.

He should get this cleared up.

so where is the picture of the car after you picked it up from the body shop? did they fix it right ?

It looks good as new, so a pic probably isn't won't be terribly enlightening. I too have begun snapping pics of cars I need to park nxt to. Takes just 3 seconds & doesn't cost a cent! Great idea fellas
