Which is the strongest type of manufacture for these wheels as I want to buy some CSL type wheels which are strong, preferably in grey.

I woudnt say we have the "strongest" CSL style wheel out there on the market but our wheels do definately stand up to what ever is thrown at it!

JWL, VIA, and track proven, our VB3's will do great for you.

While no wheel is bulletproof, the VMRs have a well-earned reputation in the BMW world.
