no offense, i'm not coming in here trying to start anything..But i'm fairly certain that bumper has been painted before...

Bought the car CPO 3 years ago. Carfax had no collision damage noted, it may have been repainted for the CPO process. Can't say for certain.

ya, probably. carfax doesn't always pick up everything. Unfortunatley. I have body shop experience, that's the only reason i spotted it.
