I'll be visiting some family in Holland this July and was wondering if any of you european members could tell me some good places in Germany to visit that are close to Holland. Thanks

Nurburgring for sure. Not to far from the Belgium/Holland border. Make sure you go on an open day for personal driving so you can burn up the track in your family's car or a rental. Ha! I've ran it a few times but it's even fun to just watch.

Anyone know if USAA covers crashes on the Nuremburgring? I read up on the info I found on the internet and I'm now leary about going there. Sure, it would be fantastic to drive it, but not at the price of paying off my car loan and injuries out of pocket if I crash!

Rumor is most insurance companies don't, but I'm not positive. One good way to solve that problem is to not crash.
You can't really push you car to it's limit anyhow, being most of the turns are blind. Unless you memorize every turn of the 20 something KM track, which would take quite alot of laps to do, you'll be alright. Plus if your that worried, you can take the BMW M5 taxi which will drive you around the track at break-neck speeds for a fee though. |

Go to Munich and visit the BMW welt, the BMW museum (I think it will open in June) and visit the Munich Plant to seen our E-90 being made!
I had a very good time there, recommend!
