Unusual vehicle isn't it? I have driven the x35d version and it performs really really well on the road for a big beast, but as TG said, totally pointless as a conventional car performs better on the road and the X6 will NEVER have 4x4 capabilities.
Does feel a special place to be though when well spec'd up and I am itching for a go in the X6M - I keep pestering my buddy at BlueBell Crewe as they have one in their showroom, black on black, but not registered for demo and no miles are to be put on it so no chance of getting a go |

Road tyres on wet grass !!!! What the fuck did he expect. Jezza the prick did the same with the brand new Range Rover in the first series and got it stuck. A £500 Series I Land Rover drove straight past him ..... with mud tyres on.

Totally agree with the X6 being s**t. Would have liked a better review of the VXR, possibly compared aginst S4 and 335i, would have been much more interesting than James Mays chat about road signs for 50% of the review.
