2 weeks old, 3 issues

I have had the car for about a week when I had my first issues, first the car idles rough and stalled out on my twice and then as I am a driving a message error comes up " fault in passenger restraint system affecting airbag......

So drop the car off Friday get it back today and now I get a new message
"DSC Malfunction "

Should I be at all concerned with this car? They are on there way to pick it up and drop off a loaner, claim the DSC just needs to be recalibrated, now I am really reconsidering getting a JB4 tuner, if I had one I would have to remove it every time an issue like this occurs.

What are your thoughts?

If you don't like the car, now is your chance to lemon it. If you do like it, expect various problems consistently lol.

You can't lemon a car because it's had a few random issues. This differs by state but it usually has to do with recurring issues.

In Florida, I believe it's 3 problems within a certain time period. Don't quote me on that though.

It has been 2 different issues. Not quite a lemonlaw yet. Was just concerned and put a bad taste in my mouth was wondering if these are known issues and if anyone has had them. Also it is a bad idea to get a jb4 tuner now? I am sure I would have to get it uninstalled to bring my car in for such issues, that could get costly.

As for the issues, I haven't had any similar.

As for the costly part, do you mean installing/removing the JB4? It's very simple. Only tool required is an 8mm socket to remove cowl/cabin filter. With basic knowledge and a guide you could easily do this yourself.

oh yeah? lol well if I buy one, will you help me install it if I buy you dinner or a 12 pack or something? Every place I call wants at least 150 for the install and It would be nice to know how to do it so I can remove when I need too.

Yeah you should be concerned, it's unfortunate to have those issues so soon. Stalling is one of those things where we "wish" or "hope" it was our fault, or it goes away. In my case when it happened, it didn't happen again for 3 weeks so I ignored it. 6 mos. later the car couldn't even be driven and we had a PUMA case. Just think, for what possible reason would a modern car stall?
