Dude, I was too big time. My last car was a Acura TSX which was pretty much half as much as the 335. But so far I have not been disappointed at all. The 335 is a great car... part beast, part solid quiet luxury car. Don't worry about the $$... you're getting an awesome car dude... enjoy it!

And oh yeah...... my girlfriend thought I was nutso for spending so much on a car....but we had to to the Charlotte and pick it up (about 2 1/2 hours away) and by the time we got back, she really finally understood why I spent that much. She went from thinking I was wasting my money to being very impressed with the 335. She's an SUV person, but if she wasn't I think she she would seriously consider a 3'er now.

Aww hell, it was probably out of my league too. But I'm a car enthusiast and I've always bought fairly cheap conservative cars... Accord, Prelude, Maxima, TSX.... so it was finally time to get something that kicked a$$. It took me a long time to finally pull the trigger, but I'm glad I did. It's a great car.

I was until I got to drive it after ED. After a few hundred miles in the first 2 days I was telling myself I absolutely didn't regret getting it. I felt like I wouldn't feel bad if I had to spend $5k more than what I paid for. It's really a lot of car for the money. I've been pleasantly suprised days after days of driving... and i didn't even have a chance to push it yet!

I forgot to give my recommendations for my CA (Jon Walker) at Brecht BMW in Escondido. Great guy, fellow enthusiast, and really kept me in the loop. Thanks again!

Damn! How long does it take for a truck to get from LA to Portland?!?! I'm still waiting for my 335i to arrive at the dealership! I'm not positive but i think the boat ride from Germany was just a bit longer (because of going through the Panama Canal and all) ;-)
