Increased costs as of March Delivery

Received a call from the delearship that as of March deliveries the Premium Package cost has gone up $100 and Delivery costs have gone up $60 to $80. I ordered my new 328xi coupe in the middle of Jan. and left a deposit. I assumed that my costs were locked. Can anyone provide comment?

You're dealer is price protected from BMWNA for the option pkg and should honor your negotiated deal. The increase in destination is at the discretion of your dealer. It's only $80, not too much to get your panties in a bunch either way.

yeah that's correct.. i just ordered mine last night and my CA told me my price is locked and the only thing that will go up is the destination charge ($80) . I thought i read some where that the invoice price isnt going up but the dealer profit is so if you negotiated a price for $XXXX over invoice i dont think it would matter

You are not liable for the increases. If he tells you otherwise, just walk away.
