I was at the Frankfurt autoshow last September and inquired on CF trim prices with Breyton. They had like 3 or 4 different CF colors. For the regular raw black CF, price quote was 1200 EURO plus installation. Might be a little steep but the fit and finish were top notch. I wish i've taken pictures but I just got a brochure from them. Once I see pictures from this thread, I will decide. Thanks.

wy 330i, what type finish are you working on? I prefer the flat black carbon fiber. Breyton calls it RAW. Thanks.

What do you mean by black version? Black CF? We will make black CF and silver CF first.....but we can do custom color CF later.

^ I think he meant Piano Black trim. Check out BMW Individual section. They have all these custom stuff.

Basically, if I remember correctly, its glossy black colored interior trim. No CF.
Just plain interior trim that is black.

Remember, you guys can always buy a set from WY330i and paint it. (thats if you want to keep the stock trim without painting them for resale later)

The company I am working at is currently maunfacturing the e90 carbon fiber trim. Quality should be very good in term of both fitment and weave since the company has been maunfacturing carbon fiber body panels for motorcycle for the last 10 years.

I will be able to get the first set within a month and it will be install on my own car. Since the physical produce has not been release yet, the price is still undetermined at this moment. From my experience, the price will be in the range of 400-500. However, this will still be some uncertainty at this point.

For those of you who are interested in the trim. Please follow this thread, and I will keep all of you update once I get any new information. And of course, post up some detail pictures of the trim on my car.
Im very interested like the rest of the folks here, and know that since the E90 is new it would take sometime for me like you to find carbon-pillars, that is both nice and reasonable.

I feel 400-500 for these is maybe too much, for i have seen these at this much lower price. but not for the E90s yet.

Im keeping at eye on this site to see, if soon they will have them available. maybe the more folks know of this site, the more eyes will be on the lookout and help too.

find carbon-pillars
Body parts like to hit pillars in accidents (hands and sometimes heads). Various airbags deploy across the seams in the pillar trim. Light reflects off of the pillars...

All in all, a bad place for hard, shiny (think of the sun reflecting off of it into your eyes) carbon that happens to shatter on the slightest impact...

Carbon fiber pillar??????? If you want carbon fiber pillar, that's some very easy thing to make. Just cut the carbon fiber into the right shape and that's it. And we will not charge $400-500 if in the case we are making it.

We are talking about interior trim. Are we on the same topic?

I am also very interested to see pics. Plus I know a lot of people who own the E90. Maybe we can get an E90post.com group buy going here for a discount????

Since I am not in the factory right now, the other worker can not access to my car and test fit it the last time.

I will get my friend take my car to the factory and do the very last test fit. The fitment should be perfect because we had test fit it before (this is the exact same kit we test fit before, but with different material for the base)

Other than the fitment, i guess price is the most important information you want to know.

We will do a introductory price for the a period of 2 months
Black carbon fiber: $545 Shipped in the United states
Silver carbon fiber: $600 Shipped in the United states

So far, I doesn't hava a exact day about when the trim will arrive the shore. But I am guess it will here at the begninng of next year.

I will call the factory and give you guys a more actual time later this week.
