E92 320d blowing hot air and a/c not working (battery discharged)

Hey guys, the car has been sitting around for around 3 months, getting discharged battery warning however car is back in use now. There’s an issue with the car blower. Only getting warm air. If blower is turned down to cold it still blows hot, even when a/c is turned on it makes no difference. Could this be a battery issue?
