I purchased some Cool Carbon brake pads a few months ago to try them out. After < 2k miles on them, I decided to go back to the OEM pads, so I'm listing them here in case anyone wants to try them out but doesn't want to spend over $200 just to try a different brake pad feel.

As it turns out, I kind of like the initial bite offered by OEM pads. Cool Carbons worked just fine, and they're definitely more linear than the OEM pads.

They fit my 2007 e90 328i, and this was the kit I ordered:

I'm also selling some rear rotors in a separate thread that I installed with these brake pads - partsgeek ended up sending me rotors for a convertable/wagon, so it all worked fine except for my parking brake didn't work! (wrong inner diameter of the rotor). So, if you're looking for rotors that are already broken-in with the brake pads - this is a good deal!

I'll also consider selling the front rotors also, but as of now, I still plan on using them later. Let me know if you want to make an offer.
