Long crank + codes? What i'm looking at?

Long story short, past month or two my car has given me some trouble
especially on cold starts, i'll post symptoms and logs below and hopefully someone
can point me in right direction. I'll try to be specific as i can.

I have 09/2006 e92 335i n54 6MT (103k miles) - MHD stg 2+, BMS Dci, VRSF DP's, VRSF IC, VRSF CP.
(nothing has changed mod wise in the past 6months).

My problem:
- In the last 4 - 6 months i've been experiencing long cranks on startup maybe 5-8 times in total.
- 2 weeks ago my car didn't start on the first button press, but on the second it
did and threw engine reduced power message along with the codes;
2A9A - DME: Crankshaft - inlet camshaft, synchronization.
3100 - DME: Boost-pressure control, deactivation.
I was able to clear those codes right away and car ran perfectly normal afterwards.
- Last week on cold start car started just fine and i wen't to grab some stuff from
the carage but when i came back i heard car was idling really rough and
there was yellow engine light on dash along with the code;
29CF - DME: Combustion misfires, cylinder 3.
I was able to clear that aswell and car has ran normally afterwards..

I took few logs if they help at all;
- Cold start + idle: https://datazap.me/u/beisofmarko/col...og=0&data=3-25
- Idle after warming up a bit: https://datazap.me/u/beisofmarko/idle?log=0&data=3-25
- small 3rd gear WOT: https://datazap.me/u/beisofmarko/3rd...og=0&data=3-25

Some other symptoms i've been having that might be linked to this?
- After letting car sit over night or few days, on cold start i get really strong smell
from the exhaust for few minutes.
- I get alot of smoke from the exhaust but it might be just because its been around -5 Celsius / 23℉ outside?
- My turbos (less than 20k on them) have started to whine on boost, but it gets quieter when everything warms up?
- I noticed on the 3rd gear WOT log i posted, my boost and target boost is 2+ psi lower all the way
than in the log i took this summer (nothing has changed mod wise) ??

Based on this what i'm looking at? random false codes? coils plugs injectors or
even something worse?
Tell if i'm missing some important information and i'll try to add.
All help is greatly appreciated again!

Thanks beforehand!

2A9A - might be worth checking and cleaning the sensors (cam/crank). If that doesn't work, try entirely new sensors. Also, might be work checking out if the pin connectors from these into the dme are clean-ish. Mine were also super dirty and after cleaning all these parts and replacing with 1 new sensor I got this code to go away.

The ambient temperature has chgd significantly from summer to winter. N54 being load based, boost target will reduce when temp reduces proportional to ambient air density.

Something to consider (from popular site)
A failed BMW Vanos solenoid will typically set the following error codes:
2A9A Intake cam sensor signal invalid for synchronization.

2A82 Intake Vanos stiff or mechanically jammed.

2A98 Intake camshaft to crankshaft correlation outside of reference range.

2A9B Exhaust cam sensor signal invalid for synchronization.

2A99 Exhaust camshaft to crankshaft correlation outside of reference range.

2A87 Exhaust Vanos stiff or mechanically jammed.
