The settings for DVD+R and DVD+RW are identical.

The problem with DVD+RW is that the media itself is less reflective making it more difficult to read. Based on reports and some experience myself the BMW DVD drive is very picky with regards to DVD media, especially DVD+RW and DL media. Some brands of media work better then others, but in my personal opinion they are best avoided altogether in favour of regular DVD+R media.

HEy guys !

I'm from germany and i got a Bmw x5, e70, i drive 3.0
Im using a "Road map Professional 2009-1 " in my
Navi Professional.

But i dont know how to make speed cams or other pois
on a new DVD.
I asked a lot of german people but they only know how to
do that for " Road map HIGH DVD". so this doesnt work for me

I hope someone can help me !
Ill be happy if someone writes me a instruction "how to".
(does this than work for the 2009-1 professional dvd and also
for the 2010 professional dvd? )
And please remember: my dvd is german and id like to leave it like that(if possible)
