You have a ups account and dont know how a shipping insurance/claim works?

So what happens if John ships a carbon fiber intake to Sally and it arrives damaged? You're the one who has to initiate the claim as you'll be the "shipper" as it is coming out of your account. You'll also be the one who recieves the check for the damage so who's to say John will get his money back from you if he refunded Sally for the original amount. See what I'm saying?
