Yeah kind of strange should have just made it all black instead of that odd half black and half silver combo.

I bought new ones because my original grilles had some permanent waterspots on the black portions.

Anyone here have recommendations for the following interior upgrades?

1) Steering wheel
2) DCT alcantara boot to replace leather
3) E-brake handle/boot replacement from alcantara

Anything else you find awesome is also helpful!

well that's much more specific..

BMW Performance is the route I went, ECS/Turner for the shift knob boot/ebrake handle and Tischer for the alcantara steering wheel. But really just get everything from Tischer I'd say.

..oh and check out IND start buttons

What's Tischer? Is it just a BMW dealer that sells parts online?

I want to replace my old leather boot attached to the shifter. See below for a picture of the part I'm referring to.

Not typically. I am going to pick up a set of index 12s if I come across a good deal though, good thing to have in the back pocket.

We have index 12 from factory correct?

And I was just asking because I see these posts where people warn how bad it is to get your oil diluted by fuel. My last oil analysis it was diluted a bit with fuel I think aswell but that may have been due to MHD burple? Turned it off since it's winter now and don't drive aggressive at all.

Everyone says to smell your oil and see if it smells like gas but TBH used oil always smells like gas to me.

I'm just freaking out a bit that's all haha

No, you probably have older injectors. I changed mine on my 2011 and I think it had Index 6's in it.
It says right on the injector. Although I wouldn't touch a car in this cold right now.

What really? I thought all LCIs cars had the new ones.

I'm about to do my t stat swap tomkrrow at -15c, hopefully it goes well lol..

My 2011 (LCI) had Index 08. I went to Index 12 last year after lots of issues. Shocked to see such old injectors!

What's up everyone,

I wanted to gather a group of guys/gals for a 335is meet-up. (Of course all BMW's are welcomed)

I believe there used to be one a few years back in Long Beach, CA off of Cherry Avenue & Willow St. in the Fish-O-Liscious parking lot.

It would be nice to bring this back alive since the 335is community seems to have gotten smaller due to many people moving onto different cars, and/or people getting into accidents, and their 335is's have been totaled.

I have about 4 buddies located in the Los Angeles County with 335is's who are willing to tag along. Anywhere in the Southbay (Torrance/Redondo Beach), LA County, or Orange County is cool.
