This is enough to protect you from liability if he wrecks car and its still in your name.

I don't understand how he can get registration done in Colorado.
I spoke to cuda this morning about this matter
I honestly am disgusted with this situation.

ahhh, so your in the same boat as I am. But you're worse off as your being screwed by family..... Nothing like family..... I do feel your pain!

I'm having the exact same problem with Ernesto. As of 9/11/2020 he still has not titled the car in his name. I verified it today, As such I keep getting Ernesto's parking tickets and toll violations, several times a month. I'm getting quite familiar with the time suck of dealing with these entities. I will say I have a lot of lessons learned on this sale..... On what not to do.

I as well completed the form to say the vehicle is no longer mine, but in Texas that just denotes your title as "vehicle transferred". Anyway I know what my next step will have to be...

I guess I'm a late OC, as I bought my 2010 335d in May 2013 and promptly joined this site. Not much to contribute now as all the coding has been done, engine tuned, and transmission flashed. That is probably the single biggest contribution of this forum--transmission coding. It was the single best mod to my car. I love my D!

I just want to say thanks to the OG's for documenting so many upgrades and repairs. As a new owner, I have benefitted significantly from searching this forum.

There is no way I would have found all this on a Facebook group. Social media is all about pushing new content, advertisements, etc. Forums are much better for archiving historical information in a searchable format.

Thanks to everyone for contributing over the years.

Search function works just fine on Facebook. You just need to use it
