Need help with E82 N55 (2013)

I know not right forum not many answers on e82...my bro car acting odd

whole cluster for the heat/ ac and everything that controls climate shows no power and won't do anything. Also no code are showing up.

Now his rad fan has been running constantly even tho his car isn't even at running temp. Fan on soon as he cold starts it..

Anyone have any ideas??

What are you using to read the codes?

Seems electrical errors are happening on a few bus systems. I'd start by check the charge level on the battery. Has he ever changed the battery before?
