Spacers, definitive answer needed please.

I know it's annoying when someone asks a question that's been done to death, and in promise I have looked at lots of threads trying to fine the answer before posting this, but.....

I'm running an 07 335i e93, with 19" mv4's OEM fitment tyres

What are the max size spacers I can go on the front and rear with no rubbing or arch work?

Any help much appreciated

Everyone's suspension geometry, ride height, driving style etc are all a bit different.. so you get the exact setup YOU like, I'd suggest:
