Not enough power up top... a turbo upgraded is highly needed.

Read the pdf. Gives a good understanding about our turbos.

Hey guys!

Just came back from the New England Drag Strip.

Car: E90 335i xDrive (6AT)
Mods: AR Design Catless Downpipes + BMS Tuning JB4 Stage 2 + AFE Stage 2 Intake
Car was on 93 Octane Shell V-Power with NO octane booster.

My best timing for the night was
12.669s@108.8mph, Car 952 (LEFT)

followed by
12.724s@107.53 Car 952 (LEFT)

and
12.742s@107.55. Car 952 (LEFT)

I think i could have gotten a better time if not for the stock runflat bridgestone tires, that actually had 4WD slip on launch. I tried to launch the car at higher RPMs but the car would actually have 4WD slip and hop a little before it grips. Am very excited to mod my bimmer further with an aftermarket charge pipe, and BMS WW Meth Kit.

Good news is that i beat E46 M3 (stock), and a 2009 Corvette (not ZR1 but with the 6.2l engine), and a couple of mustangs.

And here are a couple of pictures of my sleeper stage 2 E90 335i xDrive.

and here it is after her first visit to the drag strip (nos still on glass)

Sorry, my iphone app is a piece of shit and usually cuts off my posts....

I was trying to say that this was a great comparison to my car with the following mods...

Vishnu V5, Vishnu catless dp and Injen intake... 2011 335i xdrive e90. Should be pretty close times... but the mods should be a close comparison. Thanks for posting up!

BTW guys, i have to say that im super impressed with BMS, Terry has been nothing but accommodating and patient. How often do you get almost immediate replies via email with any questions or issues that you might have. seriously best aftersales i have ever experienced.
