Question, did you look at the very top of the N55 forum? There is this nice handy link to ALL performance mods for the 335 with N55 engine... it's a Sticky: Official Performance ...

no - u buy the tune for ur 335is.

not hard to put a tune on for the 335is.

you're in New York - find some local members
to help you out or go to a nice shop in the area.
