It is that time of year. It has been far too long since the last Westfields meet.
It was a great success back in late 2013 and we are definitely due another one.
This isn't any ordinary meet, this is a chance for both old and new faces to have
a good time and actually make a proper afternoon/evening over dinner.

WAHAY WE HAVE PERMISSION

Hi Joshua,

I can confirm that you have permission to park in the Westfield London car park. However, as I hope you will appreciate, we must list a number of conditions (as set out below) as part of this agreement. We are, perhaps naturally, nervous about these things. I have personal experience of managing the Chelsea Cruise and we would not welcome what might be described as inappropriate behaviour in our car parks.

Here are the conditions:

· Speed limit to be adhered to at all times.
· Adhere to driving lanes and all traffic signs and signals.
· Vehicles to be parked and the vehicle engines are to be turned off.
· No unnecessary driving around the car park.
· No engine revving, wheel spins or screeching of tyres.
· Photography of the vehicles only and not the wider Westfield London car park.
· Vehicles to depart no later than 10pm.

Westfield reserves the right to remove vehicles from the car park if any of the above conditions are not met.

Assuming that this is acceptable to you and your colleagues you are welcome to use the Westfield London car park for this meeting.

Meeting spot in Westfields (WF) Car Park
- When you enter WF car park, stay to the RIGHT HAND lane
as you drive up the ramp.
- As you follow the road on the RIGHT HAND LANE Go down one level and then stay in the left lane.
- Go down another level and continue to stay in the left lane.
- Then drive to the opposite end / back end of the car
park after passing through the electronic barrier.
- Park near AISLE 72
