Thought I'd start a new thread for the Otello leaving March 17th.

This is the place to moan, seek solace from fellow shipmates and post your pictures of sinking ships.

Hopefully I'm on it. We'll see in a few days.

i hope i make it on the (fast ship) Otello on Saturday, there is another Saturday ship that takes an addtional 5 days to get to the states!

Hey guys, how do you know which ship you will be on? Is it just by production date and then hoping it gets there in time? I did a EU and I have NO idea where my car is... This is soooo frusturating!!!!

we are guessing based on the fact that we are at the port waiting for a ship. it has NOTHING to do with production numbers.

I was release to carrier today. Hope I catch this one. Dealer said that it should be released to a SC port. Anyone know if this ship stops there?

I saw that I was hoping that is was just missed when posted. My car was done last Thurs and was just sitting at the factory. Looks like I will be sitting at the port till Monday and jump aboard the Courage.

my 335xi was finished last week and for the last 3 days the #800 still says its Transporting to the Port of Exit... any chance il make it on the Otello? i hope so. ive been trying to locate my car for an hour. i might just call my buddy lance down at the dealership

Doesn't sound like I'll make it on the Othello considering my car status was only updated to "Being Transported to the Port of Exit" today.

Yeah, I saw that too. Hopefully it is first come, first served for the two ships.
I hate this lull in the delivery cycle.

i am sorry to report that the Otello has been postponed a day, pushing it to a Sunday departure and arriving in NYC on 3/31. To make matters even WORSE the ATLANTIC CONCERT is still leaving this Saturday. This means we will probably board the SLOW Atlantic Concert which leaves Saturday 3/17 and arrives in NYC 4/3!! The Otello is going to motor right past us when we are slowly crossing the Atlantic.

This BLOWS!

Considering my car was just released to Port for a vessel as of today, and the Othello is running a day late I might just have a chance of being on it
