July Production Thread

It's that time to start thinking about those of us who will have July production cars. Basically only a month until they start being produced. The wait has been pretty tough so far but July isn't too far off!

ive been told week 27 production but my dealer told me last week to expect a vin some time within a week so maybe ill be seeing mine earlier. fingers crossed.

I am probably in this group. Car is stiil in "on-order" phase but checking it every few days. I am getting the factory aerokit installed at the Performance Center when I take delivery in Greenville in late July.

Mine is the 28th week. I was told end of July, first week of August possibly. 3 weeks till I get my VIN.

Week 30 here (week of July 23rd)

I was originally in June, then I got ED confirmation so now I'm in July. Hoping ED is worth the extra wait, but I think it will be.

Keep me posted here on when you guys get your VIN, I am interested to see when they are avaliable.

I was originally going to do ED but decided not to and went with my regular local order. I still don't have a production number but my CA says i'm in july production and i'll have my prod # by end of the month. So bascially he's banking on me getting into the next allocation. I hope he's right

wow manny i'm in the EXACT same situation you are in. still don't have a production number, ordered 4/28, CA said i'm next in line. production would tentatively be the first week of july but because there is no production # yet, he can't promise anything. i wonder if we ordered our cars from the same dealer....hmm.......

and my 335 e92 is also AW with red interior

i ordered my 335 coupe on 5/10 and my CA never gave me a production # told me i would i have to wait awhile to get one... So i went to another dealer and i got a better deal and a production number right away. Prodruction # 3678***. (still on order with no confirmed production date) I was wondering if anyone knows if the Production #'s are sequential because i saw the june production thread and there were people with production #'s of 368****.

I don't have a production week yet but I think mine will be produced in July. I ordered in early February for end of Aug ED. Cant wait to drive it over there. Will do PCD for redelivery. Looking forward to PCD too but sorry that the plant will be closed as I would like to see how it is different from the Munchen plant. Hope to get the car home by late Oct early Nov. Cant believe how long the wait is but I think ED and PCD will be worth it.

I think I remember that we have the same ED pick up date.

I am in week 30 production.. I would imagine you are around there

My car is now in production (Friday May 25th). Does it really take 2 months to build and ship to the US? (Delivery at PDC on July 26th)

I hope its not 2 months. I ordered mine on 5/15 and got a production number 3678*** which is in week 24 I guess. I called my dealer, and they said I will have it by the first or second week in July. So total, thats 2 months, but not after it goes into production. More like 3-5 weeks.
