Well, I think we can all agree that the weather in Dallas this week proves one thing- God really does hate Jerry Jones!

How far is your commute? It's gonna take a good while for me to dig out my crazy driveway. Shame, that de-icer I used worked like a champ...now it's like I didn't to jack to my driveway. LOL

I'm so ready to get outta this f*ckin house. 4 days trapped in the house with no day care to keep my son. My wife has had to work and has an AWD vehicle, so its been daddy day care all week. The squirrel is loosin his mind. I'm gonna act a fool this weekend to make up for the cabin fever!

Haha that's awesome. My old man called me and said he was out and about so I had him swing by and pick me up. That X5 was a beast in this snow. One click of the DTC button and that AWD got us through no problems at all. He was even intentionally getting it a bit squirrelly in some spots lol. @Joe, Dude...take the xi out for some fun in this before it's all gone. Seriously. Just be nice and easy on that clutch!! @Michael, (or anyone for that matter) You play black ops? I just finally got my 360 back up and running

Hi everybody! another fellow DFW driver here. I need to take my E90 for service as I'm getting the SES light and the following codes
2CFB - Throttle valve adaptation value 2D09 - Butterfly valve 2CFD - Throttle valve adaptation value missing I have been going to Moritz in Arlington for scheduled service, up to the point when my warranty expired (July of last year). I'm now wondering what dealer might be the best to take care of issues as the one I described above so basically I'd like to hear from you if you like your dealer or not and why... I'm looking for an honest place that's not going to charge me an arm and a leg for resetting codes and call it a "fix" .. Thanks! |

Wookie- I am just too afraid. I don't trust myself. It will go something like this-
gingerly back the car down the icy drive way. no problem drive a few miles, start to think..hey this car is badass in this stuff mile 10 dude, look what I can do... mile 11 nail a curb, damage the wheel and bend a control arm. I have no self control, the crash is inevitable if I take it out. That, and it is still pretty clean from the meet.

I feel confident b/c I ordered through vorshlag with their camber plates. Vorshlag, cobb and AST used to share space and are all well connected. My guess is they will get it done - plus I can always ask Kevin Heist at Cobb to lean on Brian. This is why I am buying from local guys.
