Which centre caps on winter wheels?
OK, I have my 18" style 189 wheels that have been refurb'ed in gloss black all ready to go on the car with winter tyres.
But I have a serious dilemma - standard blue and white centre caps (pic 3) or black and white (pic 2) ????? Votes please!!!! |

You clearly have a serious problem here, why don't you rotate them on alternate days or as your mood dictates. Alternatively, you could have blue on one side and black on the other, then walk around the car until you reach a satisfactory conclusion, if not a state of utter confusion

Are they both suitable for use in cooler winter conditions?

The blue ones will under-perform below 7 degrees C. Use them at your peril.

Match them with whatever is on your bonnet/boot - its only temporary afterall (unless you change them to B&W)
